Some would say that Nepal is in a difficult position - land locked and nestled between China and India, and listed as one of the least developed countries in the world. One would not think that Nepal has the potential to lead the world in economic growth and revitalization.

The first thing is to help the general population "tap into" the Internet - Nepal may be landlocked, but the Internet can become the "sea" of connection and commerce.

Second, we need to take 1 million K-6 kids in phase 1 (out of the 3.5 million) and use technology to get and keep their attention. They need to have hope that they can lead the world, and then see the path of hard work ahead of them, and believe that they can do it.

Third, those 1 million kids need to be empowered to influence their families and the communities around them. They need to inspire what the other 30 million Nepalis are doing.

Fourth, this all needs to be done with an extremely scalable platform that is extremely cost-effective.
